ATUB holds meetups during the last week of every month. Previous locations we have held ATUB have been:

• American Candy Stand (Cupcake Cafe, Norwood)
• The Highway

We love to hear new suggestions and ideas for venues and themes for meetups – so please let us know if you’ve got a great idea!

The @ATUB account puts it to the people to vote for the day they’d like ATUB to be held on so we can get the biggest turnout. They were always held on a Thursday or Friday in 2009, and in 2010 they’ve been on a Sunday (so far). But it’s up to you!

The voting is done in the sidebar on the right, so you can choose multiple options if more than one day is suitable.

After the day poll, we will put up a list of venues (if there’s many suggestions) and the final details will be published after the poll is closed!

Things to remember when suggesting venues:

• It needs an area that will sit/house 25+ people comfortably, whether it is reserved or has the space
• Not too loud – we’d like to be able to hear each other so we can get to know everyone!
• CBD preferred, otherwise very close to public transport
• Somewhere that will suit everyone, dress code and money wise!
